Your Responsibilities
Local Procurement Leadership (Opole)
Serve as the primary procurement partner for the Opole site.
Ensure secure and cost-effective sourcing of materials, packaging, technical supplies, services and CAPEX-related needs.
Identify supply risks early and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Build strong relationships with colleagues in Production, Technical, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance.
Drive process discipline, transparency and continuous improvement across the procurement cycle.
Group Category Responsibility – Technical MRO
Own the Technical MRO category for the What’s Cooking? Group.
Develop and implement group supplier strategies.
Negotiate framework agreements and service terms.
Standardize specifications, pricing models and supplier performance management across sites.
Category Expansion (based on your profile & interests)
Opportunity to take leadership for an additional strategic category (e.g., packaging, ingredients or proteins).
Work alongside other Group Category Managers to shape the group procurement strategy
ESG & Responsible Sourcing
Embed ESG criteria into sourcing decisions (safety, compliance, working conditions, waste, emissions).
Drive supplier engagement on EcoVadis, carbon footprint reduction and continuous improvement.
Help translate sustainability ambitions into practical, measurable actions.
Who are you?
Your Profile
Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Administration (or relevant experience).
5+ years’ experience in procurement, preferably in industrial or FMCG environments.
Strong negotiation skills and a data-driven decision-making style.
Able to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
Structured, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
Fluent in Polish and English.
Proficient in Microsoft tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Willing to travel occasionally to suppliers and group sites.
