What will you do as a New Product Development Technologist?

What’s Cooking Polska is currently looking for a New Product Development Technologist.

If you enjoy learning, cooking and have fluency in both English and Polish, this job is for you!

Your tasks

  • developing, adapting and reformulating recipes

  • driving the transition from laboratory to factory, ensuring recipe and process robustness at scale

  • planning and managing NPD projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget

  • translating Research & Innovation (R&I) briefs into concrete recipe and product developments

  • identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize recipes or processes

  • adapting recipes to local legislation, customer specifications and local market preferences

  • conducting technical assessments, product testing and supplier interactions

  • proactively scouting culinary trends, emerging ingredients and technology innovations

  • actively contributing to building team expertise through open collaboration, mutual support and knowledge exchange


What are your qualities?

  • higher education in food technology or related fields

  • min. 2 years of experience in a similar position in food industry

  • fluent spoken and written English and Polish

  • willingness to learn and travel within Europe (about 30% of time during introduction period)

  • driving license (cat. B)

  • experience in working with cross-functional, international teams

  • strong interpersonal skills
