This role combines Business Process Architecture (BPA) with Project Management Office (PMO) governance.Business Process Architecture (BPA) is committed to continuously standardizing and optimizing end-to-end business processes to enhance overall performance.BPA ensures these processes are aligned and tailored to the company’s needs and maturity.The Project Management Office (PMO) is dedicated to ensuring consistent delivery of the project portfolio by establishing clear structure, governance, and support.The PMO actively assists project teams through standardized processes, effective tools, and coaching, enabling outcomes to be delivered on time, within budget and scope, while upholding organizational values.In both capacities, the BPA/PMO collaborates across all functions to guarantee vertical and horizontal alignment, supporting the successful execution of the company’s strategic agenda. This role is essential in embedding effective and efficient processes throughout the organization.What will you do as Business Process Architecture / Project Management Office lead?BPAProcess Architecture:Translate in close collaboration with Business Process Owners, strategic objectives into required process capabilities – Future stateDefine roadmap (incl priorities) and plans to close gaps between current and future stateEnsure consistent decision making through governance and RACIDefine and maintain our end-to-end process landscape, value streams, and capabilities.Ensure Process Performance and KPI alignment:Define process KPI’s with the Business Process Owners.Ensures KPI’s are consistent across the sites and the organizationSupport creation and maintenance of performance dashboardsSupport Digitalization and System design:Translate process architecture into system requirements (ERP/MES/PLM/CRM)Partner with ITS for the supportive digital systems: on workflow/Robotic Process Automation /integration; ensure business-owned rules.Ensure Compliance and Governance:Change Management: craft change plans, communication, and training; ensure adoption and sustaining culture.Embed regulatory, safety and quality requirements into process designAudit processes to ensure conformityPMO (Governance & Delivery)Project Management:Safeguard project management methodologyGovernance: Stage/Gate approvals, Meeting Cadence, EscalationsCoach project managers and teams to mature project management capabilitiesPortfolio Management:Maintain prioritized roadmap;Facilitate monthly/quarterly planning;Track capacity and dependencies.Tools: FORTES. Ensure use, reporting drumbeat and set data quality rules.
