Our ITS team is looking for a Master Data Coordinator who’s passionate about data quality, process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration.
About the Role :
As ITS Master Data Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our master data ecosystem. You’ll ensure that product, customer, and supplier data flows seamlessly across systems, supporting business operations. If you enjoy solving data challenges, improving processes, and working with diverse teams, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do :
Own and maintain master data across IT core systems (ERP, PLM …)
Support colleagues with data‑related questions and issues
Drive data quality improvements and ensure up‑to‑date information
Coordinate data transitions for product changes, new external partners, and new system integrations
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and GS1 on data exchange
Develop and update procedures, workflows, and internal data guidelines
Contribute & support to business projects
Deliver training and help elevate data knowledge across the organization
Who are you?
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a complex, international environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience supporting business or IT projects involving data or system changes is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor M3 or equivalent) and data management practices is an added value for the role.
Language : English (Mandatory) / French (Important) / Dutch (Nice to have)
