What will you do as a HR Officer Recruitment & Selection?

You love getting your teeth into tasks like these: 

• You mainly coordinate and manage the entire recruitment and selection process for Belgium & all central positions across our international group.  

• You develop and execute recruitment plans, taking into account the available resources in order to ensure that the selection process runs optimally.  

• You conduct selection interviews and organize testing & assessments. 

• You provide continuous feedback to Hiring Managers along the recruitment process. 

• You organize broad employer branding campaigns to set What's Cooking? convincingly in the market as an 'employer of choice' via various (social media) channels.  

• You participate in job fairs & build partnerships with educational institutions in order to develop a database of potential candidates. 

• You are responsible for various HR activities within personnel administration, time & attendance and compensation.  

• You onboard new employees to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization. 

• You manage HR Information System processes (Goal Management, Performance Reviews, Talent Management, …). 

• You manage all company cars in our Group. 

• You conduct satisfaction surveys & EXIT-interviews. 

What are your qualities?

• You have a proven experience with the recruitment & selection of white collar profiles in an international environment where you successfully managed end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions. 

• You have strong administrative & organizational skills and you love being part of different HR processes. 

• You are a born team player, who reaches goals through collaboration and takes accountability. 

• You have a pragmatic and a hands-on mentality.

• You are fluent in Dutch & English and you speak a good amount French.
